How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who contacts Scientistexpression Concrete to be treated fairly. If something did not go as it should have, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Scientistexpression Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand that Scientistexpression Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Making Your Complaint

Email contact@scientistexpression.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
